We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, misuse or damage any part of it. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or others.
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal, statement of work or agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities. Where anything conflicts, the signed agreement takes precedence over this page.
We will use reasonable skill and care in delivering the services described in the agreement.
On full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for you transfers to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal libraries, processes and generic code.
We may showcase the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, social media and marketing materials unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You warrant that any materials you provide to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Each project includes a defined revision allowance as set out in the proposal. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work will be quoted separately before commencement.
Post-launch support, if included, is limited to the period and scope described in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance may be provided under a separate agreement.
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the services or as required by law.
Likewise, you agree not to disclose our proprietary methodologies, pricing or internal processes without our consent.
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost profits or data loss.
Our total liability under or in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for the affected engagement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination provisions in the relevant proposal or agreement. On termination, you remain liable for fees for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palanpur, Gujarat, India.
We will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
